2.2. Network and Resource Abuse
- Spam and Unsolicited Email: Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) is prohibited. This includes using our servers to send spam or hosting sites advertised via spam sent from other networks.
- System Security Violations: Any attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of our systems or any other network is forbidden. This includes running port scans, password cracking tools, or any form of hacking activity.
- Denial of Service (DoS) Attacks: Initiating or being the target of DoS attacks is not permitted.
- Excessive Resource Usage: On shared hosting, you may not use an excessive amount of server resources (CPU, RAM, I/O) that negatively impacts other clients. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Running cron jobs too frequently (e.g., more than once every 15 minutes).
- Operating public file-sharing, torrent, or streaming services.
- Running web spiders or indexers without our prior approval.
2.3. Malicious and Deceptive Practices
- Malware and Viruses: Hosting or distributing malicious software, including viruses, worms, trojans, or ransomware.
- Phishing: Hosting a phishing website or using our Services to engage in any form of phishing.
- Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in any activity intended to defraud others, such as pyramid schemes or fake investment opportunities.
3. Enforcement and Violations
Arh24.com reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. If we find a violation, we may take action, with or without notice, including:
- Issuing a warning.
- Suspending the offending account or specific services.
- Terminating the account without a refund.
- Charging for administrative costs or damages incurred.
- Reporting the activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
We will determine the severity of any violation on a case-by-case basis. Our failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
4. Reporting Violations
If you believe a Arh24.com client is violating this AUP, please report the activity to our abuse team immediately by emailing abuse@arh24.com. Please provide as much detail as possible, including logs, headers, or any other relevant evidence.
5. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this AUP periodically. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
