Service Cancellation Policy
We are sorry to see you go, but we make the cancellation process straightforward. At Arh24.com, you can request the cancellation of any service directly from your client area. Please be aware of our refund policy before proceeding.
Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before the service's next due date.
Steps to Request Cancellation
- Log in to your Arh24.com Client Area.
- Navigate to the "Services" → "My Services" section from the main menu.
- You will see a list of your active hosting plans and services. Find the service you wish to cancel and click on it.
- On the "Manage Product" page, locate the "Management Actions" menu on the left sidebar.
- Click on "Request Cancellation".
- Briefly describe your reason for cancelling. This feedback is valuable to us.
- Choose the cancellation type:
- Immediate: The service will be terminated within 24 hours.
- End of Billing Period: The service will remain active until its current expiration date and will not renew. This is the most common option.
- Click the red "Request Cancellation" button to confirm.
Warning: Cancellation is permanent and will result in the deletion of all associated data from our servers upon termination. Please ensure you have taken a full backup of your files and databases before your service is terminated.
