Understanding Hosting Billing Cycles

How Our Billing Works

At Arh24.com, we offer flexible billing cycles to suit your needs. Understanding how they work can help you manage your hosting expenses effectively.

Available Billing Cycles

When you sign up for a new hosting service, you can typically choose from the following billing terms:

  • Monthly: Billed every month. Offers the most flexibility.
  • Quarterly: Billed every three months.
  • Semi-Annually: Billed every six months.
  • Annually (1 Year): Billed once per year. This is our most popular option and often includes significant discounts and a free domain name registration.
  • Biennially (2 Years): Billed every two years, offering even greater savings.
  • Triennially (3 Years): Billed every three years. This option provides the best possible value and locks in your hosting price for the long term.

Invoices and Due Dates

Your invoice is generated approximately 14 days before the service's due date. The due date is the day your service is set to renew for the next billing period. For example, if you signed up on June 15th for a monthly plan, your next due date would be July 15th, and the invoice would be generated around July 1st.

Automatic Renewals

To ensure your website remains online without interruption, all services are set to automatically renew by default. Our system will attempt to charge the payment method on file on the invoice due date. If you wish to prevent a service from renewing, you must submit a cancellation request before the due date.
