Keeping Your Information Current
It is crucial to keep your account information up-to-date. This ensures you receive important notifications about your services, billing, and any security alerts. At Arh24.com, you have full control over your details.
Updating Your Primary Details
- Log in to your Arh24.com Client Area.
- In the top right corner, click on your name or "Hello, [Your Name]!" and select "Edit Account Details" from the dropdown menu.
- On this page, you can update your:
- Name
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- After making your changes, click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
Changing Your Account Email or Password
For security reasons, your primary email address and account password are managed in a separate area.
- Log in to your Arh24.com Client Area.
- Click on your name in the top right and select "Security Settings".
- Here you can:
- Change Password: Enter your existing password and your new password to update it.
- Change Email Address: Initiate a request to change the primary email address associated with your account. A verification link will be sent to the new email address.
- Two-Factor Authentication: We highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security on your account.
