Accessing Your Invoices
At Arh24.com, we make managing your billing simple and transparent. All your invoices are accessible directly from our secure client area.
- Log in to your Arh24.com Client Area.
- From the main dashboard or menu, navigate to "Billing" → "My Invoices".
- You will see a list of all your invoices, along with their status (Paid, Unpaid, Cancelled).
Making a Payment
To pay an outstanding (unpaid) invoice, follow these steps:
- From the "My Invoices" list, click on the unpaid invoice you wish to pay.
- Review the invoice details to ensure they are correct.
- Select your preferred payment method from the dropdown menu at the top right (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Click the "Pay Now" button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment securely.
Automatic Payments: If you have a valid credit card on file, our system will automatically attempt to charge it on the invoice due date to prevent any service interruptions. You can manage your payment methods under the "Billing" → "Payment Methods" section.
